Working as part of our Customer Logistics Support Division you will provide comprehensive support to the Post Design/In Service Support contracts in an organised a timely fashion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and delivering contract orders
- Contract renewals
- Providing quotations for repairs and spares
- Reporting on KPI’s and ensuring reports are maintained
- Facilitating contract review meetings
If you have experience in a customer facing role, both over the phone and face to face we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will be an experienced administrator/coordinator with a background within engineering.
