Are you an experienced Recruiter with a keen eye on talent? If so we would love to hear from you! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our very busy teams at two of our business on the South Coast of England in Poole, Dorset on a contract basis for 12 months.  

The Recruitment Officer’s responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing successful recruitment campaigns that fulfill robust KPIs for the company’s success. 

Being able to find the right people, at the right time, for the right roles is key, along with ultimately building a strong employer brand and ensuring we provide a positive candidate experience.

Part of the role is to drive our next generation programme including apprenticeships, work experience and graduates.  

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record in Recruitment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Work with a positive attitude in a very busy environment
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and think outside the box
  • Be confident to liaise and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Have a good understanding of Employment Law
