Temporary Administrator 

We are currently searching for an experienced Administrator to provide comprehensive administration support to both the Airport System and Customer Logistic Division. Liaising with customers and other departments you will carry out a variety of tasks often to a strict deadline to facilitate the smooth operation of both divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support, carrying out a wide range of tasks that support the work of Airport Systems and Customer Logistics Support Divisions.
  • To prepare professional and technically accurate proposals to ensure that submission deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Ensuring all sales opportunities are fully captured and explored

General Tasks:

  • Screening calls and dealing with queries
  • Producing documents, including letters, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
  • Booking UK and overseas travel for the team as required.
  • Maintain timesheets for both divisions

If you are proficient in the use of MS Office and can demonstrate a solid track record of effective administration experience, we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will be self-motivated and able to manage your own workload, along with possessing exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
