Part Time Contracts Administrator 
£9.25-£10.25 per hour / 20 hours per week 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our very busy environment here at Aeronautical & General Instruments Ltd, located on the South Coast of England in Poole, Dorset.  

The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday 09:00am - 13:00pm, however some flexibility may be considered. 

The Contracts Administrator’s key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with effective functioning of the administrative and commercial activities within the Contracts Department

  • To administer customer contracts and process orders received by the company

  • To generate customer invoices and shipping documents on as required basis

  • To ensure all orders processed and shipments arranged are compliant with company procedures and external regulations.

The Ideal Candidate will: 

  • Have knowledge in the following areas:
    Ministry of Defense (MOD) Procedures and Exports
    Export and Shipping knowledge and understanding
    Manufacturing

  • Have the ability to thrive and work under pressure in a busy and deadline driven team

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Be self – driven and customer oriented

  • Possess excellent communication skills

  • Be enthusiastic, flexible and consistent with a strong team work attitude
