We are currently recruiting for a Bid Manager to provide support to the sales team, the role will involve collation and preparation of quotation, tender and bid documents.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Submitting completed quotations, tenders or bids to existing or prospective customers, on time and within budget.
  • Extracting relevant technical information from customers supplied documentation to enable quotation, tender or bid submission.
  • Working closely with the sales team to progress any leads they qualify through sales visits and exhibitions.

General Tasks;

  • To liaise, on behalf of the company, with customers and suppliers as necessary, for the success of the tender or bid.
  • Travel both within the UK and Overseas, including travel/ work outside normal office hours as necessary
  • Championing change initiatives within the Division and business as a whole.

If you are an Experience Bid Manager with the ability to understand and disseminate technical documentation we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will have hands on experience in formulating bids, proposals and quotations as well as an understanding of commercial business principles to EBITDA level.
